Hey there guys!

I recently got into Rutgers University and will be a full-time Student in the Animation concentration starting this fall.

I've wanted to say something like that for years now and its been a long time coming due to depression and maturity issues I've had in the past. I'm proud of myself, and I hope that I do well!!

Here is a WIP on a Larvesta drawing i'm doing because why not lol

I am happy and very excited to say that I'm currently starting the initial planning and concept process for my RPG Maker project, which will henceforth be called:

"Elder Ridge Academy: Gruntisa's Story"

This year was WILD for my art. with May being a low point, June being a high point, and November being an INSANELY GOOD POINT

Honestly with pixel art:

It’s the first creative hobby in my life that I feel that I’ve became immediately good at after only a few attempts.

I feel as though I was meant to do this style of art, and it makes me feel satisfaction pulling off good looking sprites in a way.

After I finish this semester, I might concentrate my energy on my sprite work rather than taking art classes that take up a decent amount of my time and effort. I honestly love making pixel art and I intend on honing my craft.

I'm also probably going to change my alias due to this shift in concentration

I’m taking a hiatus from doing pixel art for now.

I need to focus on my art and schoolwork, especially if I’m taking an animation class next semester.

It was fun while it lasted but it was never meant to last lol.

I signed up for 2 classes which I’ll be taking next spring! One of which being a 2D Animation class

I wanted to study animation for at least 10 years now (obvious if you looks through my early news posts here LMAO) but had to put that objective on hold for a few specific personal reasons.

but now that I'm in college and those reasons are sorted out again I can FINALLY pursue animation again
